OSINTIAL - COPYRIGHT POLICY

Last Updated: October 5, 2026

OSINTIAL provides an open-source intelligence and monitoring platform that enables users to collect, organize, analyze and interact with information from online sources (the “Service”).

The owner and operator of the Service – OSINTIAL, Inc. (“we,” “us” and “our”) – respects the intellectual property rights of others and requests that users of the Service do the same.

We accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures as defined in 17 U.S.C. § 512.

ALLEGED INFRINGEMENT NOTICE

If you believe that content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, you may send our designated copyright agent (the “Agent”) a written notification that includes substantially the following:

  • (1) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
  • (2) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
  • (3) Identification of the content that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that you request be removed or access to which you request be disabled, together with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the content through the Service;
  • (4) Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
  • (5) A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
  • (6) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a notification that substantially complies with the above requirements, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the content claimed to be infringing. We may request additional or supplemental information where reasonably necessary to process the notification or comply with applicable law.

Where applicable, we may provide the user who submitted or made available the allegedly infringing content with information contained in the notification, including the complaining party’s contact information, so that the user may respond to or challenge the claim.

COUNTER NOTIFICATION

If we remove or disable access to content that you submitted following a notification of claimed copyright infringement, you may respond by submitting a counter notification to our Agent. To be effective, your counter notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • (1) Your physical or electronic signature;
  • (2) Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
  • (3) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content; and
  • (4) Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Osintial may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the notification of claimed infringement or an agent of such person.

After receiving a counter notification that substantially complies with the above requirements, we will provide the person who submitted the notification of claimed infringement with a copy of the counter notification.

Subject to applicable law, we may then replace the removed content or restore access to it within 10 to 14 business days following receipt of the counter notification, unless our Agent first receives notice from the person who submitted the notification of claimed infringement that such person has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the content on the Service.

REPEAT INFRINGEMENTS

We maintain a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who are repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified more than twice of claimed infringement of content they submitted.
